  • Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica) is rich in antioxidants and contains saponins which improve the appearance of the skin
  • Gotu Kola has been proven to treat brain fogginess and alleviate anxiety – great for calming and clearing the mind
  • Sweet almond oil is rich in vitamin E; great for helping skin cell renewal and a key ingredient for healthy ageing
  • Sesame seed oil is anti-bacterial and hydrating – great to help cleanse skin in the shower, and to lock moisture in. Packed with antioxidants, it’s great for protecting skin, too
  • Plum seed oil is rich in fatty acids for skin cell nourishment and also high in vitamins A, C & E – calming free radical damage and promoting healthy collagen production in the skin
  • Lavender oil is soothing and cleansing – the Latin word for lavender is ‘lavare’, which means ‘to wash’. It’s especially good for relieving stress and anxiety, inducing a calm state of mind - Roman chamomile eliminates feelings of sadness, depression, and sluggishness while inducing a happy, relaxed feeling
  • Mint leaf oil is great for relieving feelings of restlessness; it’s also anti-bacterial so it deeply cleansing.
  • Organic fennel oil is great for promoting healthy skin tone, with anti-microbial properties

 

CALMING BODY OIL

  • Sunflower seed oil and apricot Kernel oil, both rich in vitamins A and E, work to renew cells, nourish skin and fight free radicals.
  • Rosehip oil, full of vitamin C and lycophene, works to repair the skin’s surface and restore elasticity.
  • Working with the raspberry Seed oil, which reduces the destruction of collagen, this oil is great for firming, and keeping skin supple.
  • Sweet Orange Oil alleviates anxiety, anger and depression, calming the mind.
  • Ylang-Ylang oil helps balance hormones, promotes healthy skin and hair, lifts mood while having a calming effect.
  • May Chang oil is a tonic to the nervous system making it ideal for clearing your head when you are feeling anxious or stressed.
  • Roman Chamomile eliminates feelings of sadness, depression, and sluggishness while inducing a happy or charged feeling.

DE:STRESS BATH & BODY OIL

HOW TO USE: As a massage oil: Warm between the hands and massage into skin at the desired pressure.

As a bathing oil: Add around 5-10ml to a warm bath

As a foot soak: add around 5ml to warm water

For skin hydration: apply to dry or moistened skin, massage until dispersed As a shower oil: massage on to skin straight after showering to lock in moisture.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Keep out of reach of children. May be used while pregnant and suitable for anyone 5 years

CALMING BODY OIL

HOW TO USE: On moistened or dry skin, apply the oil to the entire face body in circular motions towards the heart. For bathing, pour 5-10ml under warm running water.
